3) The Biblical Blueprint to Lifelong Health, Fitness, and Wellness

Genre: Non-fiction
Rating: 5 Stars
Synopsis: This book is a tool to encourage, inspire, and motivate individuals to lose weight with God’s help. You’ve tried the rest, now try the best (Jesus).

4) Jump Start Your Day (William Rollings)
Genre: Religion
Rating: 5 Stars
Synopsis: This devotional challenges readers to seek God’s advice concerning their daily opportunities and obstacles.
