QUOTE OF THE MONTH
“Publishing is only half of the battle. Marketing sums it all up.”

QUESTION OF THE MONTH
How many book sales are considered a success for a self-published author?

This is a very difficult question to answer. I’ve heard responses varying from five hundred to five thousand being quoted as successful figures. However, I believe that as long as you can sell every book that you pay to have printed, then you’re a successful self-published author whether it’s in the hundreds or the thousands. Once you’ve passed the “break-even” point, it’s all profit and that’s all that really matters.

Falling for Lies is the story of Pastor Karema Wright who falls in love with Deacon Pye, the most eligible bachelor in her church. But is she falling for him or simply falling for his lies? You'll have to read this fast paced novel to find out. Visit my website to pre-order your autographed copy, and check out what reviewers are already saying about this book!

Four talented authors will also be on the program titled “Authors Speak” at the book release party: Gloria Murphy Smith, Marilynn Griffith, Sylvia A.
